wounds and being given the opportunity to heal them.

to be consumed by pain or use it as a catalyst for growth.
First we must identify pain & what it is communicating, only
then can we heal. But most of us create more pain through
drama, relationships, and by denying ourselves of self-love.

Personal Power and Partnerships
